The Opportunity with McKinstry:

We are currently seeking a Facility Operations Consultant to join our team as a member of our Technical Services ActiveOps Division in Tampa, FL. This person will establish and implement sustainable and efficient improvements to the operation, maintenance, and management of building assets. This role is similar to the experience required of a Building Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or Maintenance Scheduler.

The pay range for this position is $69,300 - $98,460 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
