Facility Maintenance Technician Level 1

First Coast CMS, LLC is a looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our team. Level 1 Maintenance Technicians are responsible for keeping facilities and amenities in clean, safe working order.

Applicants must be able to safely lift 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds. They must also demonstrate to work independently and present themselves in a professional, clean manner that is consistent with the hospitality industry. Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
