Plan, design, estimate, and execute facilities projects (or assists in these duties). Model and develop optimization projects across the assets, working alongside operations and commercial.* Perform cycle scoping, preliminary design, cost estimating, economic analysis, and evaluation of production facilities and other systems that impact production facilities.
•Obtains bids and coordinates equipment and personnel for the field operations.
•Capable of demonstrating effective people skills to interact with partners, service providers, peers and support staff and field and wellsite personnel.
•Capable of effectively soliciting ideas from all people that are involved in the project to maintain a high degree of efficiency and ownership to meet the goals of the projects and the company.
•Engage and manage outside facilities engineering support (consultants and/or Engineering firms) on an as-needed basis, as agreed with the Asset Team Leader.
•Provide technical gathering support for regulatory, operations, production engineering and other operators.
•Act as liaison for technical and commercial support during contractual negotiations
•Must be willing and available to travel to field locations on a regular basis, or as needed.
•Ensure alignment with Hilcorp policies and practices and applicable codes, recommended practices, and all government regulations.
