About This Job

Plan, design, estimate, and execute facilities projects (or assists in these duties). Model and develop optimization projects across the assets, working alongside operations and commercial.* Perform cycle scoping, preliminary design, cost estimating, economic analysis, and evaluation of production facilities and other systems that impact production facilities.

•

Obtains bids and coordinates equipment and personnel for the field operations.

•

Capable of demonstrating effective people skills to interact with partners, service providers, peers and support staff and field and wellsite personnel.

•

Capable of effectively soliciting ideas from all people that are involved in the project to maintain a high degree of efficiency and ownership to meet the goals of the projects and the company.

•

Engage and manage outside facilities engineering support (consultants and/or Engineering firms) on an as-needed basis, as agreed with the Asset Team Leader.

•

Provide technical gathering support for regulatory, operations, production engineering and other operators.

•

Act as liaison for technical and commercial support during contractual negotiations

•

Must be willing and available to travel to field locations on a regular basis, or as needed.

•

Ensure alignment with Hilcorp policies and practices and applicable codes, recommended practices, and all government regulations.

•

•

Supports company vision and mission.

•

Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

•

Other duties as assigned by management.
