Job Summary:

A member of the Plant Management Team, represents the department in establishing objectives and long-range goals, ensures the department follows organizational policies, procedures and processes and cooperates with other departments as required in achievement of organizational goals. Lead Supervisors and team members in a flow path to safely produce quality product at the lowest cost by problem-solving to eliminate waste and continue growth.
