Exterior Renovations Project Superintendent

Seaberg Construction, Inc. is a growing residential exterior renovation business in Johnston, RI. We are a professional and customer-service-driven company.

Ideally, we're looking for someone with roofing and/or construction experience to manage our roofing and/or siding projects/crews. Our ideal candidate is professional, well-kempt, personable, detail-oriented, and motivated with high standards of craftsmanship.

Duties

- Lead and manage roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck projects from production to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope

- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members

- Monitor project progress with pictures and notes within our CRM software, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies and solutions

- Communicate with office via CRM with project updates as needed

- Utilize project management tools such as Jobnimbus and Google Suite to track progress and manage project documentation

- Conduct regular project status meetings

- Inventory material on site and keep track of extra material needed

- Facilitate ordering/picking up additional materials to complete projects, as needed

- Safely drive and maneuver a company-owned pickup truck with trailer

- Occasional need to transport dumpsters to and from job sites, DOT medical card required

Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage subcontractors

- Ability to successfully communicate through verbal and written capacities

- Proven experience in project management and roofing abilities

- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills

- Proficient in meeting facilitation techniques to drive productive discussions and decision-making processes

- Working knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations

- Spanish speaking abilities are a plus!

- Driver's license required

Pay: $30.00 per hour
