Experienced Telemarketers Needed

Advanced Wind Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Telemarketer to join our growing HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phone sales, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our HVAC services, and scheduling appointments for our technicians.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, goal-oriented, and ready to contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote HVAC services.

- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment goals.

- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-energy work environment.

Requirements:

- Prior telemarketing or phone sales experience required (HVAC experience preferred).

- Excellent communication and people skills.

- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.

- Professional attitude and commitment to meeting goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
