Full job description

We are seeking a experienced dispatcher to join our team! You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, booking jobs, and handling classifying calls based on customer inquiries, quality control, invoices, as well as taking customer payments. We are looking for a driven and task-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver top-notch service.

6:30am - 3:00 am Monday- Friday In office position only.

Every other week you will be on call (we will provide a work phone) - On call weeks earn an addition $500 weekly pay.
