Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fabricating metal components, particularly in the construction industry. This role involves working with various tools and machinery to assemble ductwork and other structures according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

•

Fabricate metal components using various techniques, including welding, plasma cutting, and operating a press brake machine.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of products.

•

Assemble ductwork and other metal structures on construction sites or in a fabrication shop.

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

•

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

•

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

•

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication and assembly processes.

•

Proficiency in welding techniques and the operation of plasma cutting equipment.

•

Experience using a press brake machine is preferred.

•

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.

•

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

Previous experience in a construction site environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
