Job Overview

We are seeking Subcontractors to join our team for various cleaning and maintenance projects. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain designated areas according to the project requirements

- Perform tasks such as commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, custodial duties, facilities maintenance, porter services, buffing, and floor care

- Follow project guidelines and instructions to ensure quality service delivery

- Complete tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance

Qualifications

- Must have or willing to obtain DBA/ LLC and your COI

- Able to pass a criminal background check

- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance roles is preferred

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and quality of work

- Reliable transportation to travel to project sites

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements

Job Type: Contract
