At TelCom Construction, as a IT Support Supervisor, you’ll responsible for supporting IT systems’ end-users by troubleshooting and repairing technical products while using technical expertise and the Company’s diagnostic tools. The IT Support Supervisor possesses in-depth knowledge of the Company‘s IT infrastructure so, when required or necessary, it is able to assist Enterprise-level IT teams to identify, support and resolve IT issues. This position is office based.

What you’ll do as a IT Support Supervisor

+ Troubleshoots, analyzes, resolves, tracks, escalates and accurately documents various technical problems in an effort to minimize system downtime in a multi-user environment (i.e., client specific applications, printers, workstations, etc.)
