The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include administrative support to the CEO and the senior leadership team.
This position does may have supervisory responsibilities over other employees.
- Provides executive level support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team.
- Maintains an accurate and detailed calendar for the CEO and senior leadership team and proactively communicates changes and anticipates and responds to scheduling conflicts.
- Assists with corporate presentations including those for the Board of Directors.
- Creates expense reports including working with Accounts Payable for payment.
- Schedules travel for senior leadership team and board members.
- Updates and maintains corporate organizational charts.
- Handles corporate invoice processing and approvals.
- Manages legal drive including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
- Manages Legal Tracker which includes invoice approvals and managing law firms.
- Provides special project support as needed.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information.
- Minimal day-to-day personal assistant responsibilities.
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires constant data input for extended periods of time without leaving the work area. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Requires mobility sufficient to travel.

- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

- This position is expected to pay $90,000 - $110,000 annually; depending on skills, experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. It is eligible for our annual Short Term Incentive program.
