Execution Analyst

Overview:

The SAP Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Bills of Material (BOM) within SAP to support manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, along with the ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure accurate and complete material structures.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and validate Bills of Material (BOM) and Material Masters in SAP to align with engineering specifications and production requirements.

- Review and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and specifications to accurately identify equipment, components, and material relationships.

- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and configuration accuracy within SAP.

- Support implementation and standardization of BOM templates, naming conventions, and change management procedures.

- Assist in linking functional locations, equipment, and materials in SAP PM for maintenance planning.

- Analyze system data and recommend improvements to enhance material traceability, cost accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

- Support audits, system testing, and documentation related to BOM configuration and plant structure.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience working in SAP with focus on BOM management, material master data, or equipment hierarchy setup.

- Proven ability to read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and technical drawings.

- Experience with SAP modules such as PP, PM, or MM is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of SAP master data structure, BOM configuration, and document management.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data accuracy skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data validation, and reporting tools.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
