Senior Estimator / Estimating Manager – International Contractor

Fraser Valley, B.C - Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack Areas

$140 - $180k + package (dependent on experience)

renowned for delivering innovative, large-scale construction projects. We are seeking a seasoned

to lead estimating, preconstruction planning, and design coordination for complex commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead preconstruction and estimating activities, including budgeting, cost modeling, and scheduling

- Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and value engineering recommendations

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure constructable and cost-effective solutions

- Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations to optimize project delivery

- Support business development efforts through technical expertise and strategic guidance

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence in preconstruction

Qualifications

- Experience in estimating or preconstruction management for commercial, multi-family, or institutional projects

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and materials

- Experience with mass timber construction is considered a strong asset

- Proficiency in estimating software and construction project management tools

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills
