Summary:

As an ESP Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing electric submersible pumps (ESP) within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

•

Assemble and test ESP Pumps, following defined work instructions and using hand and power tools.

•

Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure products meet standard operating procedures (SOPs).

•

Safely operate automated high-pressure/high-voltage testing equipment.

•

Assist with loading/unloading ESP equipment onto racks and transportation vehicles.

•

Maintain a clean and safe work area, tools, and fixtures.

Requirements:

•

High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

•

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

•

Basic proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills.

•

Capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

•

Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required.

•

Must be willing and able to perform tasks outside of the normal job scope as needed.

•

Must successfully pass a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.

•

Complete all work in accordance with safety requirements supporting the company's Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) goals.

•

Engage in all environmental and safety training requirements consistently.

Work Environment:

•

Work primarily occurs in a heated and non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment.

•

Hazards may include proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, and exposure to chemicals.

•

Potential atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dust, and poor ventilation may be present.
