Job Summary:

The Assembly Technician will be responsible for progressing the general duties and scope of work assigned by the Corporation.

Responsibilities:

- Any experience working with high-pressure plumbing.

- Ability to use measuring and diagnostic equipment to fault-find and validate mechanisms.

- Ability to read and understand process and instrumentation drawings will be highly favored.

- Ability to layout, assemble, install, and test mechanical fixturescontrol equipment.

- Experience in industrial manufacturing, with basic knowledge and understanding of machine technology, power, and control devices.

- Familiar with all relevant safety obligations and committed to ensuring the safety of your colleagues, equipment, and plant

- Abide by safe work standards, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Ability to maintain proper housekeeping to create a safe and efficient workplace environment.

- Operation of manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work.

- Operation of material handling equipment, including manual and electric power jacks.

- Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around manufacturing demand.

- Ability to travel between 10% to 20% of the time and work overtime as needed.

- Perform all other duties assigned by the Corporation.

Skills and Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.

- Excellent writtenverbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Have the physical ability to perform manual labor, which may include:

- Climbing

- Bending

- Repetitive motions
