ERP System Analyst Intern

We are seeking a full-time ERP System Analyst Intern to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. The Analyst internship-to-hire opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in the field of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT and business teams to support, maintain, and optimize our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems.

- Direct experience working in SSMS environment, good understanding of tables, views, stored procedures, keys, indexes, data transformations etc. and how those relate to an application.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.

- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference and training purposes.

- Support end-users by providing training and assistance with ERP system functionalities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- The physical activity required for this role includes:

- - Sitting for extended periods in an office environment

- Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching

- Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment

- Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds

- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
