Summary

The ERP Integration Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and its integration with Cloud WMS as well as creating Writing SQL Scripts, and providing training related to the ERP system and general IT support to users as needed.

Essential Functions

The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide the analysis, design, training, and maintenance support for all custom software development of the company’s ERP system.

Duties and Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain individual and integrated project plans, including scope, objectives and milestones, project organization charts, and recommended staffing levels to support the approved ERP implementation.

•

Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues to optimize performance.

•

Provide timely and professional technical support and assistance to end-users upon request.

•

Prepare development progress updates and document ERP processes.

•

Perform user setup including system access maintenance and any admin function.

•

Facilitate, support and deliver training, including but not limited to CO’s, PO’s, TO’s, JO’s, AR/AP

•

Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

•

Keep abreast of new and emerging ERP upgrades and offerings.

Education/Experience;

Required:

•

2 Year of Web API, .NET Core.

•

2 Years of experience on SQL Server Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Cursors, Triggers, SSRS Reports.

•

Basic Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably in SyteLine but not must.

•

System Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

Preferred:

•

Bachelor or Associate degree in Database Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

•

2 Years of experience in help desk.

Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc.:

Required:

•

Perform database administration, configuration, and setup

•

Knowledge of SQL server.

•

Knowledge of .Net core, Web API.

•

Debugging skills

•

Exposure to source control

•

Knowledge of Windows Server and workstation operating systems

•

Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills

•

Strong organizational and time management skills

•

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
