ERP Program Manager
Ideal candidate has deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP or other enterprise systems, coupled with problem solving and excellent communication skills. Ensure that ERP solution continues to deliver value and meets the evolving business needs beyond the initial deployment phase. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or other ERP system integration, change management and deployment. Candidate must have strong ability to drive end-to-end technical solutions working with cross-functional and external teams, as well as delivering project roadmaps with milestone tracking, and high accountability towards stated goals.
Responsibilities
•Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
•Lead the project management efforts for next phases of Oracle Cloud implementation - SQM (Supplier Qualification Management) and CMS (Contracts Management), EPM. Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards (SQA.)
•Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
•Monitor project progress and performance. Manage change requests and scope creep, assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets.
•Facilitate regular project status meetings, reporting on progress, issues, and action items to stakeholders.
•Own change management - Steering Committee and Change Advisory Board
•Facilitate Finance Technology Road Map
•Lead cross-functional projects to enhance ERP capabilities, integrations, and reporting.
•Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation across ERP improvement initiatives.
•Create and drive a multi-year roadmap for ERP growth (e.g., expanding module usage, introducing automation, or transitioning to Oracle Cloud if not already there).
•Tracking enhancement of reporting, analytics, and dashboards using Oracle tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).
•Drive data integrity and quality initiatives, ensuring ERP data supports decision-making.
•Establish KPIs and track the business value delivered by ERP improvements. KPIs include system performance, user stratification, and ROI.
•Stay up to date on Oracle updates and roadmap to leverage new functionality.
Key Qualifications and Skills
•Minimum15 years experience in an ERP implementation or management position with relevant programmatic responsibilities
•10+ years of experience managing or implementing Oracle ERP systems (Cloud ERP or EBS)
•8+ years in a leadership, program management, or project ownership role
•Experience in one or two major industries (utilities/chemicals/oil-gas, manufacturing, pharma/life sciences.
•At a minimum, undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Information Systems
•Strong background in financial processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, budgeting, forecasting)
•Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules (especially if the person has worked closely with accounting or finance teams)
•understanding of Oracle ERP Financials preferred (Cloud ERP preferred)
•Knowledge of ERP integrations, workflows, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)
•Familiarity with compliance requirements (SOX, GAAP, audit controls)
•Experience with data governance, chart of accounts design, and financial reporting structures
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional ERP projects from requirements through go-live and optimization
•Strong project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation experience
•Experience managing system upgrades, enhancements, and module rollouts
•Ability to create and drive an ERP roadmap aligned with business strategy
•Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration
•Skilled in change management, training, and user adoption strategies
•Clear, concise communication with both technical teams and executive leadership
Preferred Certifications:
•Oracle Cloud Financials certification
•PMP (Project Management Professional)
•Prosci or similar change management certification

Salary Range Level 12: $169,922 - $ 235,464
•Typically, our employee salaries are within .90 – 1.0 of the mid-point of the posted salary band. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual’s qualifications and experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
