Equipment Specialist

- Collect and compile equipment data from various sources, including manuals, specifications, maintenance records, vendor documentation, equipment crews, and onsite discovery.

- Input and maintain accurate equipment information in our SAP database system.

- Standardize and normalize equipment data to ensure consistency and usability.

- Enrich existing equipment data by researching and adding supplementary information, such as technical specifications, performance history, and maintenance requirements.

- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to gather and validate equipment data.

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

- Develop and implement data quality control procedures.

- Create and maintain documentation for data collection and management processes.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of our equipment information management system.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent data entry and management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in using database software and data management tools.

Education

- Minimum: High school diploma or GED

Experience

- Minimum: 1-5 years of related work experience

- Completion of IADC Rigpass, SafeLand

Seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Equipment Information Enrichment Technician to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and enriching data related to our field facility equipment, to include Tanks, Generators, Separators, Desiccant Dryers, Heaters, Chemical Pumps, Coolers, Amine Towers, Ultrafabs, Combustors, etc. Your work will be crucial in building and maintaining a comprehensive dataset inside SAP of equipment information, supporting our maintenance planning, and business unit goals.
