Job Overview

Bobcat Plus, Wisconsin's Largest Bobcat & Avant Dealer is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Rental Manager and Parts Specialist to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and maintain relationships with clients. The Rental Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing rental revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. The parts specialist will serve as a backup to our Parts Manager and assist with customer parts look-up and customer service.
