Day-to-Day Tasks:

· Employment with Smith Bros Contracting Equipment, Inc. is exclusive, with rentals sourced solely from its inventory.

· Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude and honest guidance.

· Answer phones and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.

· Provide customers with rental options and guide them on equipment service and parts.

· Collaborate with team members to deliver optimal service to customers.

· Flexibility in scheduling is essential; extra hours may be required.

· Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency, with a willingness to learn new applications.

· Rental Advisor must be versed in all aspects of the Rental Equipment products and complete ongoing training.

· Interact with potential and current customers in a courteous and professional manner.

· Be comfortable collaborating in a team environment.

· Must be physically able to walk moderate distances, climb onto machines, and work outdoors comfortably.

*Bilingual-Spanish/Portuguese is preferred.

*Small construction equipment experience is a plus.

Package includes:

· $24.00-$28.00 per hour
