As the EPM Systems Administrator, you will:
- The role requires a thorough Architectural understanding and extensive hands-on experience as EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS and OAC Administrator. Experience in implementing Oracle EPM solutions will be a plus
- Extensive knowledge with multi-dimensional Hyperion Essbase cubes, Planning, Calc Manager, Maxl, MDX, Data Management, Financial reporting, Consolidations, Account reconciliation , SmartView, VBA Macros.
- Administer day to day operations of EPM including but not limited to Create, maintain, and update Business/Transformation Rules, Cubes, Dashboards, financial reports, Consolidation rules, and forms and perform training and end-user education of the system functionality, as needed
- Administer account reconciliation in ARCS and provisioning security & access setup, task manager with experience in configuring reconciliation between ERP subledgers, ledgers and ARCS.
- Manage the request and approval process over metadata intake and execute changes into EPM modules such as Workforce, Finance, Strategy, Projects modules and freeform cubes
- Manage consolidations, integrations through API, ETL and perform validations from source systems ( Oracle Fusion ERP, Data lake, QBi, FIS Integrity, Molecule) and ensure source data flows downstream in an accurate and completely to EPM
- Manage implementation of continuous applications within the EPM application including defining business needs, modelling, and implementation of solutioning roadmaps
- Define auditable controls and participate with internal and external auditors for internal and SOX audit requirements
- Develop and maintain various reporting solutions (SmartView Excel Add-in and OAC) as needed by Accounting and Finance team
- Building workflows and business rules using structured queries and detailed documentation of technical build and design
- Detail oriented, quick learner with focus on data quality, integration, and ability to work independently on high priority tasks
- Open to change(s) and quickly adapt to innovative solutions for a healthy system/application and automation of recurring tasks
- Identify root cause and mitigation recurrence of system failure
- Train users and superusers as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Accounting or Finance
- 5 + years of EPM experience that includes FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS and EDMCS- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to understand business requirements, and effectively communicate issues and solutions to senior leadership
- Ability to work across different verticals to identify business needs and process improvements, engage with internal and external auditors, consultants
- Thorough understanding of finance processes and business processes. Fast learner and open to learning new technologies as the company grows and evolves
- Experience with EPM platforms, multidimensional tools, Oracle Fusion ERP
- Support majority of internal users across ET and CT time zones with occasional support of users from Madrid

In New York, the salary for this position at the time of this posting ranges from $125,00 – 135,000. Within that range, individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including but not limited to experience and training, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
