Under broad guidance, the P3 Technician performs field duties of a technical nature to meet regulatory requirements relating to pretreatment and industrial wastewater, intended to protect public health and the sewerage system. The P3 Technician works in both a team environment and independently to collect a range of environmental monitoring and permit compliance samples, perform field analyses, and perform routine site inspections.
Education Required* Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Physics, or related science as approved
Desired* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Physics, or related science as approved
Desired* One (1) year of applicable experience to include experience with analytical cleaning methods, equipment, troubleshooting, and processes related to environmental and wastewater samples.
Licenses and Certifications Requirements* Valid driver’s license from state of residence
