Field Environmental Technician Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee our operations and ensure efficiency while overseeing field staff. This individual will play a crucial role in coordinating job assignments, maintaining quality standards and resolve issues to ensure projects run smoothly.

Duties

✅ Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with safety and company policies

✅ Manage and mentor field staff, fostering a productive work environment

✅ Coordinate daily schedules, and job assignments

✅ Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards

✅ Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams

✅ Ensure adherence to timelines

✅ Conduct site inspections and implement improvements as needed

Requirements

✔ Experience: 1-2 years in field management, operations, or a related role

✔ Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oilfield preferred. Previous spray experience preferred.

✔ Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
