What does an Entry Purchasing Agent do for us?
Operates under direction of management and senior procurement personnel. For purchase requisitions, assists with spot buys, soliciting quotes, materials purchase orders, software purchases and renewals, the development of internal customer requirements, and meeting business unit cost objectives with focus on best value to Idaho Power.

- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
- 3 or more years of related work experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time. It requires the use of office equipment, fine motor skills including typing on the computer, dialing phones, filing paper, and working in close proximity to other people. There may be occasional lifts of no more than 10 lbs. The above is a summary of the primary essential functions of the position.
