We are currently looking for experienced door-to-door sales professionals to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals with a strong background in door-to-door sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in generating business opportunities and fostering strong relationships within our service areas.

Key Responsibilities

•

Utilize door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients in need of our exterior services.

•

Effectively schedule complimentary inspections and consultations based on your experience.

•

Conduct proactive outreach through networking and referrals to create business opportunities.

•

Assess the unique needs of each client to recommend customized solutions.

•

Highlight the benefits of exterior upgrades, including financing options and long-term savings.

•

Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth process from initial engagement to project completion.

•

Collaborate with the Production Team to deliver excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.

•

Actively participate in local events to promote His and Hers Construction and strengthen community connections.

•

Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners.

•

Keep accurate records of door-to-door activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

•

Monitor your performance and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
