Key Responsibilities

Read and analyze architectural, civil, and landscape plans for accurate scope evaluation.

Use estimating software, CRM tools, and Excel to compile and manage data. Adapt quickly to new digital platforms.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotes. Support bid discussions with clients and coordinate with internal project teams. Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and formal bid proposals. Maintain accurate and organized estimating files and documentation. Stay up to date with current market pricing, material availability, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in commercial landscape construction estimating or a similar field

✅ Strong ability to read and interpret commercial plans and specs

✅ Excellent math, analytical, and detail-oriented skills

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with estimating software

✅ Effective communicator – written and verbal

✅ Familiar with commercial exterior construction (landscaping, irrigation, grading, concrete)

✅ Organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines

✅ Self-driven and team-focused

A degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
