About This Job

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Duties

•

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.

•

Load and unload materials and equipment.

•

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

•

Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.

•

Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.

•

Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.

•

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

•

Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage.

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

•

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

•

Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
