Overview

We are looking for a motivated Helper/Apprentice to work directly with our Master Craftsmen and grow within our company.
Responsibilities
•
Assist with measuring, cutting, framing, and finish carpentry tasks
•
Support the Master Craftsman on various residential job sites
•
Use and maintain hand and power tools safely
•
Help transport materials and maintain organized workspaces
•
Learn industry best practices and techniques through hands-on training
•
Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
Qualifications
•
No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and desire to learn
•
Must be dependable and punctual
•
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
•
Basic tool knowledge is a plus but not required
•
Must have reliable transportation
•
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced craftsmen
