Position Summary
Responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's enterprise software systems to support business processes and strategic goals. Acting as a liaison between IT and business units, this role collaborates with stakeholders to identify system needs, resolve issues, implement enhancements, and improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and security, developing custom dashboards or reports, and managing projects related to application implementation or upgrades. The Analyst also identifies opportunities for process improvement, aligns technology solutions with organizational objectives, and ensures compliance with industry standards and policies.

Essential Job Functions
System Administration and Maintenance
•Oversee the day-to-day performance of enterprise applications.
•Ensure systems are updated, secure, and functioning without unplanned disruption.
•Implement patches, updates, and system upgrades as needed.
Business Process Improvement
•Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies.
•Recommend and implement system configurations or enhancements to improve processes.
•Support automation initiatives to streamline operations.
End-User Support and Training
•Analyze unresolved Tier II issues, identify root causes, and provide guidance or training to enable future resolution at lower support levels.
•Provide guidance and training to users to maximize system utilization.
•Create and maintain user documentation and resources.
Data Management and Reporting
•Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within enterprise applications.
•Develop custom reports or dashboards to support decision-making.
•Assist in extracting and analyzing data for business insights.
System Integration
•Support the integration of enterprise applications with other systems.
•Work with IT teams to enable seamless data flow between platforms.
•Evaluate compatibility and ensure systems function cohesively.
Project Management
•Participate in or lead projects related to the implementation, migration, or expansion of enterprise applications.
•Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during projects.
•Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Compliance and Risk Management
•Ensure systems comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
•Support audits by providing necessary documentation and system details.
•Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise applications.
Strategic Alignment
•Support the organization's long-term objectives by aligning technology solutions with business goals.
•Research emerging technologies and recommend new tools or upgrades as needed.
Position Requirements
+ BS in Information Technology, or a related discipline is desired
OR
•Minimum two years of applicable experience.
+ Experience with utility line-of-business applications, including CIS, FIS, GIS, and mobile iOS applications.
+ Proficiency with analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Access) and database platforms (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL).
+ Experience in Laserfiche ECM or a similar workflow automation solution and familiarity with object-oriented programming, scripting, and data formats (C#, JavaScript, Multi-Speak, Python, etc.).
+ Skilled in developing and maintaining digital and analog workflows, troubleshooting software issues, and coordinating with vendors or internal teams.
+ Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to new technologies and requirements.
