Our IT department is looking for an Enterprise Application Specialist. The Enterprise Application Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems using the NISC (National Information Solutions Cooperative) in the following areas: finance, human resources, material management, work management and customer relationship management. The individual in this position works with the IT (Information Technology) system administrators to ensure successful backups and migrations to the cloud, as well as manages user security settings for on-premises and cloud based ERP systems while collaborating to ensure PCI compliance and developing associated training for employees. This individual will also serve as a liaison with the corporate ERP vendor, providing oversight and guidance for ERP system integrations with third-party systems and coordinating ERP application upgrades and maintenance windows.
Essential Job Duties
IT / Project Management
•Manage the implementation, administration, maintenance, and operations of the corporate ERP, including overseeing and approving custom report development activities
•Serve as a liaison with the corporate ERP vendor to ensure acceptable support performance levels while supervising and approving ERP data-sharing requests with third-party vendors and consultants Collaborate with business process owners to leverage the available functionality of the ERP by coordinating, monitoring, and advising on business processes impacted by the ERP
•This role is not only responsible for ERP applications, but any other business applications that may arise, such as Power BI, SCADA, Apolloware etc.
•Coordinate the ERP LMS training system and group training events for ERP applications and/or any other application training as required
•Ensure BEC's SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for applications have adequate resources and serve as the enterprise NISC SME
•Assist IT department with the management of licensing for the enterprise GIS vendor, ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute), and includes other application licensing as needed
•Manage the NISC, GIS server, and coordinate the editing and publishing of all corporate and custom maps
•Work in partnership with internal and external agencies to foster a collaborative environment in support of service to the membership
•Provide regular reports to IT Manager on project status and upcoming updates/upgrade
IT and Technical Services
•Provide technical support for end users on line of business applications, including NISC, Power BI, Formstack, and others as applicable. Coordinate escalations to vendor support as needed while maintaining ownership of issues through resolution.
•Coordinate with IT staff for server updates, replacements, and migrations. JOB TITLE: Enterprise Applications Specialist REPORTS TO: IT Director DEPARTMENT: Information Technologies DIRECT REPORTS: None FLSA STATUS: Exempt 2
•Manage vendor update processes for business applications, to include NISC and others as appropriate. Maintain update schedules, communicate with the employee base regarding scheduled downtime, updates and upgrades.
•Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for updates and upgrades in NISC to verify functionality post update.

Education
•High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred
•NRECA Management Essentials Certification
Experience
•5 to 10 Years of Experience in an equivalent position
•Experience with IT hardware, software, and databases
