Job description:
Job Duties
•
Lead the development and optimization of engineering processes, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies
•
Oversee the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on process effectiveness and efficiency.
•
Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align engineering processes with operational goals.
•
Mentor and lead a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
•
Conduct regular audits and assessments of engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
•
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our processes remain up to date.
Qualifications
•
10+ years of experience in process engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and driving process improvements.
•
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
•
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•
Degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
