Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager based in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region, AB. The Engineering Manager will oversee daily engineering operations, build a team of engineers, and manage project timelines. Tasks will include integrating new technologies, supervising internal and external resources, technical engineering and ensuring projects meet client specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership

- Proficiency in Engineering Department creation and management

- Strong Project Management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment

- Experience in the oilfield service industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- P.Eng designation in good standing is required.
