As we continue to grow and diversify, we’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Engineering Administratorto join our team in
Waukesha, WI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all department software, documents and processes to maintain our quality, regulatory and certification requirements. The Engineering Administrator is responsible for the ECN system, ERP BOM data entry, drafting standards and taking lead on regulatory and certification requirements
.You'll be a key contributor in building the tools that keep our global energy infrastructure running smoothly.

- Associate degree in Mechanical Drafting, Design, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years related job experience or equivalent educational experience.- Proficiency in GT&T and ANSI standards.
- Proficiency in CAD Drafting: Creo preferred.
- Proficiency in PDM: Windchill preferred.
- Working knowledge of MRP (preferably Epicor) is desirable.

- Maintain ECN system and upholding the process flow for consistent results in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain part numbering generation and naming conventions.
- Create and maintain BOM structures within ERP system with inputs from engineering and production.
- Check all drawings for completeness, accuracy and drafting standards.
- Perform and/or delegate engineering changes and document the amendments accordingly.
- Control and maintain all engineering software, databases, and documents.
- Engineering lead for product certification and regulatory compliance.
- Support engineering R&D with data reporting, analytical research and technical writing.
- Assist with maintaining organization within the engineering department R&D inventories.
