Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager at our Rocanville, SK location. The Engineering Manager will oversee daily operations within our engineering department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering team, managing project timelines, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Engineering Management and Team Leadership

- Strong Project Management and Integration skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (P.Eng)

- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset
