Engineering Manager – National Steel Construction Firm (Remote) Full-Time | Remote | Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000 + Discretionary Bonus Opportunity Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Included

The Engineering Manager (Remote) plays a pivotal role in technical execution and engineering support, please note that this position at this time does not manage anybody, making this position ideal for a highly skilled professional who excels as an individual contributor.

Overview:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing advanced engineering support for steel erection projects, including reviewing drawings, coordinating technical details, ensuring constructability, and supporting project teams. This role interfaces with project managers, estimators, field teams, and external design professionals to uphold Sure Steel’s commitment to safe and buildable designs, efficient methodologies, and engineering integrity.

Compensation:

$110,000 – $140,000 annually (Exempt, salaried) Final compensation will be based on experience, licensure, and location. This role is eligible for benefits in accordance with company policy and state requirements.

Remote Work Eligibility:

This position is 100% remote. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Sure Steel is registered to hire in all 50 states and complies with each state’s labor and tax regulations.
