Position Description

If you are a manufacturing professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland/Alliance Compressors has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Natchitoches, you will work as part of the Continuous Improvement team to accomplish the manufacturing goals of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. You will supervise key manufacturing objectives and develop and execute projects that align with company’s performance goals.

About Our Location Alliance Compressors LLC develops, manufactures, and markets one through six-ton scroll compressors. Scroll compressors are used in commercial and residential air conditioning units. The current facility is over 365,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 35,000 square feet of office space. This climate-controlled facility is the third-largest manufacturing business in the area, and offers its 600+ employees many opportunities for advancement.
