Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

to join our team as an Associate Account Manager! In this role you will establish and build relationships in local and regional markets. You will focus on working primarily with small commercial customers and contractors to identify opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades at their facility while helping them overcome common barriers. You will be responsible for conducting outreach, preparing forecasts, tracking projects, conducting site assessments, and facilitating other aspects of the program. Success is measured not only in terms of electric energy savings but by a customer’s positive experience participating in the program.

- Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts to achieve lower kWh usages for one or more programs.

- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.

- Design and deliver proposals.

- Provide contractors training and support on CLEAResult tools and calculators.

- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications

- Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.

- Provide input and status updates to program staff

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

- 2 years of experience or relevant industry certifications can replace work experience

- Preferred candidate will have commercial lighting, HVAC, construction sales experience

- Bachelors degree preferred

Driving

- Are at least 21 years of age

- Valid driver's license

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

$50,755.00 - $74,400.00
