We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an HVAC Account Manager! As the Account Manager, you will work closely with our Program Managers and key decision-makers to make HVAC energy saving improvements easier and more cost effective for residential, multifamily & commercial properties. You will be developing awareness and adoption of targeted HVAC energy efficient improvements to achieve CoolSaver program goals.

Successful candidates will reside in San Antonio, Texas for frequent travel within the territory. Company Vehicle Provided

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to trade allies and contractors; to encourage participation in the program

- Document customer and Trade Ally interactions and enrollments to adhere to program requirements

- Provide input and status updates to program staff.

- Provide local on-site local technical support for Trade Allies, contractors and technicians to encourage participation

- Assist technicians following classroom training with their first tune ups to assure thorough understanding of the CoolSaver methods and our instrument kit

- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications

- Assist with training new hires on the CoolSaver QAQC processes.

- Assist with training QAQC specialists with CoolSaver instrument training

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC account management, with a proven track record in the Texas markets

- EPA Type Universal Certification required

- Three to five years field experience, small tonnage residential and commercial systems

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products; word, excel, power point

- Comfortable with in-person training to HVAC technicians

Driving

- Are at least 21 years of age

- Company Vehicle Provided

- Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
