Summerhill is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Energy Assessors / Field Sales Representatives for the Save on Energy Small Business Program (SBP) in Toronto. This is more than just a sales role — whether you're a recent graduate with a background in environmental studies, energy systems, sustainable development, or an experienced sales professional, this is your chance to turn passion into impact. As an Energy Assessor, you'll promote sustainability, support local small businesses, and play a hands-on role in advancing climate action.

Our company is based in Toronto, Ontario, and has offices across Canada. We are proud to be a certified B-Corp and have been named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces.
As an Energy Assessor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Save on Energy Small Business Program, a province-wide initiative that helps small businesses reduce their carbon footprint through efficient lighting and other energy-saving upgrades.
Join the Small Business Program (SBP), part of the transformative Save On Energy initiatives. You'll help them identify and retrofit inefficient lighting and non-lighting systems, all while providing free assessments that could unlock up to $3,000 in lighting incentives and $2,500 in non-lighting incentives!
This role is especially well-suited for recent graduates or individuals interested in green careers, sustainability, or gaining real-world experience in the energy and environmental sectors.
