About the Role
Hill Electric, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Coordinator to oversee daily field operations, mentor crews, and drive successful project outcomes for our Commercial or Multi-Family Departments. If you’re a licensed electrician with strong leadership experience and a passion for coordination, quality, and safety—this is your opportunity to play a critical role in the success of our projects across Northwest Arkansas.
What You'll Do
•Coordinate and schedule manpower, materials, equipment, and inspections across multiple job sites
•Mentor Foremen and crew members, provide field training, and lead performance evaluations
•Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Warehouse teams
•Enforce OSHA and company safety compliance, lead toolbox talks, and manage incident reporting
•Review and interpret blueprints, RFIs, and submittals to ensure project accuracy
•Conduct pre-, mid-, and post-construction meetings and deliver clear communication to stakeholders
•Track labor and material costs, submit documentation, and oversee work order accuracy
What We're Looking For
•Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License -Required
•OSHA 30 Certification - Required
•5+ years of experience as a Foreman or equivalent field leadership role
•Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and logistics in commercial/industrial settings
•Strong knowledge of electrical codes, project workflows, and jobsite coordination
•Blueprint proficiency and ability to coach others in interpreting technical drawings
•Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
•Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor when needed
