Compensation Range: $22- $32 per hour & $1,000 sign on bonus

We are currently seeking several positions to join our Solar Team in Albany, New York; The Electrician provides leadership and technical expertise for all electrical portions of the installation and works with the install team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

- Interpreting and executing electrical/ structural plans and field layouts

- Installing and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures for PV systems

- Ensuring all projects comply with electrical and building codes

- Performing service work and electrical upgrades as necessary

- Troubleshooting system problems and resolving electrical issues

- Assisting in job closeout

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of electrical experience preferred

- Comfortable working at high elevations (ladders and pitched roofs)

- Communication is positive, team oriented, clear and motivating

- Comfortable working outdoors year round

- Attentive to detail

- OSHA 10 preferred
