Electrical Quality Superintendent - Renewable Energy (Traveler)

Position Summary

McCarthy is seeking a highly qualified Electrical Quality Superintendent to support quality initiatives and on-site inspections for renewable energy construction projects. This person is also the main liaison with the Electrical leadership team and Quality group. They will serve as a resource in executing the SSQP and communicating lessons learned. This individual will also be the main point of contact for Quality Management between trade partners, owner representatives, and McCarthy team members.

The Electrical Quality Superintendent monitors the trade partners’ performance and interfaces with the respective Trade Partner quality leadership. This position will highly value strong leadership, communication, innovative problem-solving skills, and the desire to influence peers.

This is a full-time, site-based position that requires extensive travel to locations that span the continental U.S. Travel subsistence and additional incentives provided per company guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

For California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $114,50 - $150,700. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.

For Colorado locations only, In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB19-085), we are including McCarthy’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of a range of entry level base compensation at the time of the posting. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Given the dynamic nature of the large-scale commercial construction industry, a candidate’s project portfolio and background can change the role and compensation for which that candidate might be qualified. The title and pay range for this role could change based on candidate qualifications and experience. Pay Range: $118,000 - $127,600
