Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Overview:
NoBull Energy is rapidly expanding our Renewable Energy (RE) Projects pipeline and looking to add an Electrical Superintendent to support the team. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning of solar energy projects. You will ensure that all electrical work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the electrical team on-site, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
•Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance performance and safety.
•Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including solar panels, inverters, wiring, and associated equipment.
•Ensure all electrical work adheres to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical systems.
•Develop and manage electrical installation schedules, coordinating with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
•Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines.
•Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on-site.
•Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes, as well as industry standards for solar energy projects.
•Identify and resolve electrical issues that may arise during the installation and commissioning phases.
•Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to develop effective solutions and prevent potential problems.
•Maintain detailed records of electrical work, including installation reports, inspection findings, and compliance documentation.
•Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to project managers and senior management.
•Participate in project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
•Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in solar energy and electrical systems.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in electrical supervision or management, with a focus on solar energy projects.
•In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and regulatory requirements related to solar energy.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•Proficiency in electrical project management tools and software.
•Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety certifications or a Master Electrician license, are highly desirable.
