The Doe Run Company is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to manage the planning and preventive maintenance and repair activities of an assigned surface crew, including electrical, mobile, and stationary equipment, to maintain infrastructure, reduce unscheduled downtime, and support optimal production. This position is located at our Buick Mine/Mill in Boss, MO.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate and collaborate with operations departments to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance projects.

- Prioritize and assign job tasks to appropriate crew members and ensure assignments are safely completed.

- Ensure documentation related to maintenance systems, purchasing, HR, Safety and other related systems are complete, accurate, up-to-date, and maintained for your assigned crew.

- Interact with vendors to review new products and services to improve efficiency and safety and to ensure work goals are completed.

- Ensure direct reports handle hazardous waste in accordance with all trainings and regulations; conduct Weekly Hazardous Waste Inspections (Fletcher and 29)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan future projects; determine when major maintenance needs to be done to eliminate production loss and manage process to schedule parts, people, and time.

- Maintain EHS (environmental, health and safety) compliance by holding direct reports accountable for adherence to EHS policies, procedures and best practices; evaluating employee EHS performance via field observations and document review; reporting and correcting unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; and providing feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance.

- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial production and electrical maintenance

- Prior supervisory experience preferred

- Valid driver's license

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Basic skills with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Maintenance Management Systems, I-series (LIMS, ETMS), HRIS (UKG), Budgeting (Adaptive), Invoicing (Dataserv)

- Knowledge of mill and hoist equipment maintenance

- Proficient in pneumatics, hydraulics, welding and fabrication, and mechanical repairs

- Proficient in the mechanics of shafts, gearboxes, bearings, and sprockets

- Basic electrical knowledge

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

- Frequently work with computer/tablet, phone/radio, powered and non-powered hand tools, personnel carriers; Occasionally work with cutting and welding tools, loading/hauling equipment.

- Frequently exposed to wet, humid conditions (non-weather), vibration, outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold and hot (non-weather) conditions, work near moving mechanical parts; Occasionally required to wear a respirator, work in confined spaces, work at heights of four feet or more with fall protection; Rarely required to work underground. May be exposed to loud noise levels.

- Regularly required to talk and hear; Frequently required to use repetitive wrist and or finger movement, feel attributes of objects, grasp, push, stand, walk, reach with hands/arms; Occasionally required to use repetitive motion and reach with hands/arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb or balance. Rarely required to sit; Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more, ability to identify and distinguish colors, and three-dimensional vision, requires precise hand-eye coordination.

- Frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; Occasionally required to lift between 26 to 50 pounds; Rarely required to lift 51 to 75 pounds
