Electrical Apprentice

Job Purpose:

- The Electrical Apprentice at MAKO OILFIELD SERVICES LLC will play a critical role in supporting the electrical team by assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial construction settings. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to expand their skills and knowledge in the electrical field while contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hold and maintain an active electrical license to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Utilize commercial construction experience to effectively assist in various electrical tasks on job sites.

- Demonstrate proficiency in laying out, bending pipe, and running conduit to support the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

- Collaborate with experienced electricians and other team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement in the electrical trade.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues as directed by senior electricians.

Required Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program is preferred

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work

- Experience in commercial construction is essential

- Proven ability to layout, bend pipe, and run conduit

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Must hold an active electrical license

- Strong understanding of electrical systems and blueprints

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
