Summary
Bay Electric is looking for a driven and experienced Electric Vehicle Account Manager to support the establishment of new franchise locations. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful launch, providing comprehensive assistance in various aspects of the setup process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, particularly within the electrical and construction industries, and will be adept at handling multiple responsibilities to drive the success of our EV projects.
Responsibilities
•Permit Applications & Approvals: Assist customers in completing and submitting all required permit applications, inspections, and approvals, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for EV Franchisees.
•Reporting & Updates: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and updates to senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and recommendations, showcasing your analytical and strategic skills in the construction sector.
•Client Relations: Develop positive relationships and maintain regular contact with franchisees, answering their questions, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions to issues that arise, demonstrating your exceptional interpersonal abilities and industry knowledge.
•Marking Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for the franchise launch.
•Account Targets: Set and track account targets to ensure alignment with objectives, driving success and growth in our EV projects.
•Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors and other team members to help ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
•Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
•5 years of account management experience in a related field, with a strong emphasis on electrical and construction industries.
•Must be willing to travel.
•Strong general construction knowledge.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve challenges efficiently.
•Proficiently in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and construction software.
•Exceptional communications kills.
