This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This role is fully onsite in Jackson, MI.

Responsibilities:

The Electric Scheduling Administrative Support role involves providing administrative assistance to facilitate the scheduling and coordination of tasks, projects, and resources within an organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow management and effective communication among team members involved in electric-related operations.

Experience:

- Administrative Skills dealing with creating packets, calling in Miss Digs, utilizing SAP, Adobe, Microsoft, Teams and other internal systems. Along with assisting the scheduler positions and learning in that role to help fill in to support absences.

- Communication with internal/external customers effectively

- Attention to Detail

- SAP knowledge

- Microsoft and Teams efficiency

Education:

- High School Diploma Required

- Associates (preferred, not required)

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 15-$19/hr
