to support industrial
maintenance and turnaround projects in Louisiana
. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing electrical and instrumentation work packages, managing materials procurement, and ensuring safe and efficient operations during plant outages and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
•Plan, organize, and manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks, including outage and shutdown activities.
•Develop detailed job planning packages including P&IDs, BOMs, safe work procedures, QC requirements, and contractor instructions.
•Create and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy in manpower, task durations, and dependencies.
•Lead assigned outage scopes through planning and execution phases while managing risk and ensuring contractor safety.
•Coordinate procurement, expediting, and pricing of materials to ensure availability for planned work.
•Support Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
•Maintain communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
•Perform daily schedule updates during outage execution and ensure closeout documentation meets quality standards.
•Promote and enforce safety practices, including housekeeping inspections and adherence to all regulatory standards.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance planning and execution.
Qualifications
•5+ years of electrical maintenance or engineering experience, including LV & HV motors, heaters, and power distribution equipment.
•3+ years of experience in electrical package planning for industrial environments.
•Proven ability to read and interpret E&I drawings and P&IDs.
•Skilled in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for field execution.
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), SAP, Primavera P6, and Adobe.
•Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
•Capable of meeting state-mandated certifications (OSHA, TWIC, etc.) as required.
