What You'll Do

•

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for fixed and mobile equipment.

•

Create and manage work orders, job plans, and maintenance records in the CMMS.

•

Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure parts and labor availability.

•

Review maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on safety, production impact, and urgency.

•

Analyze equipment performance data and history to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

•

Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules in collaboration with supervisors.

•

Track job completion, monitor backlogs, and follow up on outstanding work orders.

•

Support contractor coordination, shutdown planning, and inventory forecasting.

•

Ensure all maintenance work complies with site safety policies and regulations.

What We're Looking For

•

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.

•

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or industrial maintenance (mining/heavy industry preferred).

•

Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP, MP2, or similar) and MS Office Suite.

•

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.

•

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

•

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Day in the Life

•

Collaborate daily with supervisors to plan critical maintenance tasks and production priorities.

•

Review maintenance data and adjust schedules to minimize downtime.

•

Act as a central communication point between operations, warehouse, and maintenance crews to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Schedule & Work Environment

•

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for urgent operational needs.

•

Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
