What You'll Do
•Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for fixed and mobile equipment.
•Create and manage work orders, job plans, and maintenance records in the CMMS.
•Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure parts and labor availability.
•Review maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on safety, production impact, and urgency.
•Analyze equipment performance data and history to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
•Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules in collaboration with supervisors.
•Track job completion, monitor backlogs, and follow up on outstanding work orders.
•Support contractor coordination, shutdown planning, and inventory forecasting.
•Ensure all maintenance work complies with site safety policies and regulations.
What We're Looking For
•High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or industrial maintenance (mining/heavy industry preferred).
•Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP, MP2, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
•Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Day in the Life
•Collaborate daily with supervisors to plan critical maintenance tasks and production priorities.
•Review maintenance data and adjust schedules to minimize downtime.
•Act as a central communication point between operations, warehouse, and maintenance crews to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Schedule & Work Environment
•Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for urgent operational needs.
•Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
